What kind of cables do they use?
 
        		 

I never knew the importance of having a good cable until I plugged one of these in. Having a good cables is probably the most important piece of your gear, so you Might As Well use the best damn cable and Plugs you can get. Honestly, I can't believe the difference.  This stuff is d-u-r-a-b-l-e.  

The blue cable that The Dead used was Belden #9271     3 wire  124 ohms. If your looking for flexibility go with Belden #83393 it is the gold cable that the Dead used in the 90's.
